ratings20m.csv.tar - Breaks git-xet 0.8.1

Repro steps

1. Clone this repo
2. Run tar xvf ratings20m.csv.tar to untar the file, should add ratings20m.csv to your local dir
3. Run git add ratings20.csv

Expected Behavior:

• git-xet successfully adds the CSV file, showing the ratio % of deduplication

Actual Behavior:

• git-xet hangs, does not complete, with no output to user
